Itinerary
Day 1: Melbourne
You will be welcomed on arrival and transferred to your hotel. Tonight explore the charms of this cosmopolitan city.
3 Night Stay: Mercure Welcome Hotel (Standard), The Swanston Grand Mercure (First Class), Sofitel Melbourne (Deluxe).
Day 2: City Sights Tour and Little Penguin Parade
Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Melbourne. In the afternoon, journey to Phillip Island, home to the Little Penguins who emerge from the surf and make their way to their burrows.
Day 3: Melbourne - Great Ocean Road
Today travel along Victoria’s famous Great Ocean Road with its breathtaking and unique scenery. Enter Port Campbell National Park to view the unique formations of the Twelve Apostles.
Day 4: Melbourne - Alice Springs
This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Alice Springs. Arrive Alice Springs by midday and transfer to your hotel. This afternoon enjoy a town tour.

Day 5: Alice Springs - Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) - Uluru (Ayers Rock)
Depart Alice Springs for Ayers Rock Resort. At Kata Tjuta, join a guided walk into Walpa (Olga) Gorge. Early in the evening, enjoy a glass of wine and watch as the fading light bathes Uluru.
2 Night Stay: Outback Pioneer Hotel (Standard), Desert Gardens (First Class),
Sails in the Desert (Deluxe).
Day 6: Uluru (Ayers Rock) Sunrise, Base Tour, Mutitjulu Waterhole, Mala Walk
Rise early this morning to witness Uluru at sunrise. Then join a guided walk to Mutitjulu waterhole. Alternatively, you can choose to climb Uluru. Tonight you may like to experience the ‘Sounds of Silence’ dinner (own expense).
Day 7: Ayers Rock Resort - Cairns
This morning you will be transferred to Ayers Rock airport for your flight to Cairns. Be welcomed on arrival in this tropical city and the afternoon is at your leisure.
3 Night Stay: Hotel Cairns (Standard), Novotel Oasis Resort (First Class), Shangri La, The Marina (Deluxe).
Day 8: Great Barrier Reef Cruise
Enjoy a full day cruise to the Great Barrier Reef. Take the opportunity to swim and snorkel, or board the semi-sub viewer for a fascinating underwater adventure. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch of hot and cold dishes, fresh seafood, salads and tropical fruits. FL.
Day 9: Skyrail Cableway, Pamagirri Dancers, Kuranda Scenic Railway
Join the Skyrail Cableway and enjoy spectacular views over the surrounding rainforest canopy. See the performance of the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers and visit the wildlife enclosure. Perhaps have your photo taken with a koala (own expense).
Join the Kuranda Scenic Railway as it travels via Barron Falls to Cairns.
Day 10: Cairns - Sydney
Transfer to Cairns Airport for your flight to Sydney. You will be welcomed on arrival and transferred to your hotel. This evening choose from one of the city’s many restaurants (own expense).
3 Night Stay: Menzies Hotel (Standard), Novotel Darling Harbour (First Class), Sofitel Sydney (Deluxe).
Day 11: City Sights, Beaches and Lunch Cruise
The morning is free to explore Sydney. Join a luncheon cruise on Sydney Harbour. After your cruise take in the city sights including the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. FL.
Day 12: Blue Mountains
This morning tour the spectacular Blue Mountains. You can ride aboard the Skyway (own expense). Visit a wildlife park and perhaps have your photo taken with a cuddly koala (own expense).
Day 13: Sydney
This morning is at your leisure before being transferred to the airport.
