Itinerary

Day 1: Savour Sydney
Upon arrival in Sydney, you will be met and transferred by private air-conditioned car to the opulent Park Hyatt Hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and take in the stunning surrounds that Sydney is famous for.
5 Night Stay: Park Hyatt, Sydney Opera Room

Day 2: Seaplane to Cottage Point Inn Restaurant
This morning, make your own way to Rose Bay for your scenic flight over the harbour. A mere 20 minutes flying time from the hustle and bustle of Sydney is the exquisitely tranquil and award winning Cottage Point Inn. This beautiful restaurant is perched on the waters edge in the heart of the Kuring Gai Chase National Park and is renowned for offering exceptional modern Australian cuisine. Upon landing the aircraft will taxi to the restaurant’s seaplane dock, where Cottage Point Inn’s friendly staff offer a warm welcome and any number of great Australian wines! After a leisurely 3-course à la Carte lunch reboard your seaplane and return to Sydney Harbour. To complete a magical afternoon, you will be presented with an incredible photo opportunity flying a circuit of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, before landing at Rose Bay. L

Day 3: Sydney – Hunter Valley Vintage Tour
A trip to Sydney is not complete without a visit to the world class wineries of the Hunter Valley! Travel through the historic Rocks area before crossing over the magnificent Sydney Harbour Bridge. Wind your way through the leafy Northern Suburbs, and then escape through the brilliant sandstone outcrops of Ku-ring-gai National Park to reach the mighty Hawkesbury River. Stop for a traditional Aussie morning tea deep in the bush and then continue on to the historic township of Wollombi, famous for its local brew called Dr Jurd's Jungle Juice. From Mt View, descend into the Hunter Valley and begin your wine tasting at a few of the very special boutique wineries in the area. Chat to the owners and admire their cottage locations and let them show off the best of their vintages. At the foothills of the Broken Back Range, enjoy a sumptuous lunch and then spend the afternoon visiting some of the larger vineyards for more superb wine tasting.  As the afternoon approaches, return to Sydney via the scenic freeway to conclude this relaxing and enjoyable day. Day 4: Sydney – Twilight Bridge Climb 
Spend this morning at leisure exploring the impressive harbour, beautiful beaches and amazing sights that Sydney has to offer. At dusk, take part in one of the most popular attractions that people around the world travel to Sydney to take part in. Sydney Bridge Climb is a small group adventure taking you to the summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. From the summit you will watch as day becomes night as the sunsets over Sydney Harbour, this truly is a view you will always remember. The exhilaration and personal satisfaction you will experience on this tour will make this an unforgettable highlight of your trip to Sydney and you will be provided with a complimentary photo of the climb group and commemorative certificate.

Day 5: Sydney at Leisure
Today, relax and enjoy your last day in the city. Sydney is perfect for a spot of retail therapy with its endless selection of boutiques, markets and shopping centres. Why not take a stroll through the Rocks, the site of the first European settlement. Tonight, we suggest a visit to Sydney Opera House and enjoy a concert, theatre, ballet or opera. (Own expense). With fantastic restaurants surrounding Sydney, you will be spoilt for choice, with cuisine from all around the world, just waiting to excite your tastebuds.

Day 6: Sydney – Ayers Rock
This morning you will be met and transferred to Sydney Airport for your domestic flight to Ayers Rock. Upon arrival in Ayers Rock, you will be met and transferred through to your luxury safari camp.

Today you will be transferred to Ayers Rock Airport for your domestic flight to Cairns. Upon arrival into Cairns you will be whisked away in a private air-conditioned car to the Silky Oaks Lodge. Voyages Silky Oaks Lodge is an oasis of elegance, nestled on the edge of the Daintree National Park.

Day 9: Rainforest - Voyages Silky Oaks Lodge
Today is a day of complete relaxation. It is hard to imagine a more tranquil retreat than Silky Oaks Lodge, with the blissful award-winning Healing Waters Spa set in the lush tropical gardens. Day 10: Rainforest– Cairns
Spend the morning at leisure before you are transferred back to Cairns in the afternoon. Where you will spend the night at the luxurious Shangri-la Hotel, located on the stunning marina.

Day 11: Cairns – Voyages Lizard Island 
Today you will fly to the chic island retreat of Lizard Island. Truly secluded from the rest of the world, with 24 white sandy beaches and turquoise bays, you will want for nothing on this island paradise.
4 Night Stay: Lizard Island Resort Sunset Point Villa, AI

Days 12 - 14: Voyages Lizard Island
For the next couple of days, enjoy the feeling of being in paradise. Surrounded by fringing reef, Lizard Island’s waters are renowned for their clarity and amazing variety of coral species and marine life. With many secluded beaches, why not escape for the afternoon with a gourmet picnic hamper, or indulge yourself in one of the many treatments offered at the Azure Spa (Spa treatments at own expense).

Day 15: Voyages Lizard Island – Cairns
This morning depart Lizard Island for Cairns. Upon arrival in Cairns you will be transferred by private air-conditioned car to the Shangri- La for your final night in Australia.

Day 16: Depart Cairns
Spend the morning at leisure. This afternoon you will be picked up and transferred to Cairns International airport for your international flight back home.
